Data Deletion Request

At BBNT Auto, we take your privacy seriously. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems at any time. This page explains what data we store, how to request deletion, and what happens when you do.
1. What Data We Store
When you use BBNT Auto, we may store the following types of data:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and account preferences
- TikTok Connection Data: Your TikTok user ID and display name (obtained through TikTok's OAuth authorization), along with publishing permissions you have granted
- Generated Content: AI-generated images, videos, prompts, and captions created through our platform
- Usage Logs: Service usage patterns, feature interactions, and error reports for improving our platform
- Payment Information: Transaction records processed through third-party payment providers (we do not store credit card numbers)
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Option A: Email Request
Send an email to trancaominh95@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Your TikTok username (if you connected a TikTok account)
- A brief description of what data you'd like deleted (or request full deletion)
Option B: Contact Form
Visit our Contact Us page and submit a message with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Option C: In-App Account Deletion
If you have an active account, you can navigate to Settings → Account → Delete My Account to initiate automatic deletion of all your data.
3. What Happens After Your Request
Upon receiving a valid data deletion request:
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
- Processing: Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 14 business days
- Backup Purge: Data in backup systems will be removed within 30 days
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once all your data has been deleted
4. Data We May Retain
In certain cases, we may retain limited data even after a deletion request, as required by law:
- Legal Obligations: Financial transaction records required by tax regulations (typically retained for the legally mandated period)
- Fraud Prevention: Minimal data necessary to prevent fraud or abuse of the Service
- Aggregated Analytics: Non-personally-identifiable, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you
5. TikTok Data
If you connected your TikTok account to BBNT Auto, we will:
- Revoke all access tokens and permissions associated with your TikTok account
- Delete your TikTok user ID, display name, and any stored publishing credentials
- Remove all content metadata associated with published videos
Please note: Content already published to your TikTok account will remain on TikTok's platform. You can manage published content directly through the TikTok app.
6. Third-Party Data
Data processed by our third-party service providers (such as AI model providers and payment processors) is subject to their own data retention and deletion policies. Upon receiving your deletion request, we will also notify relevant third-party providers to delete your data where applicable.
