4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Use the Service to generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation systems
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communication
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, for content publishing purposes. When using these integrations:

• You authorize us to access and interact with your third-party accounts on your behalf
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of each third-party platform
• We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party services
• You may revoke third-party access at any time through your account settings

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

Use of the Service's API and AI features is subject to rate limiting and fair use policies. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns are deemed abusive or excessive.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BBNT Auto and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Content generated using AI tools within the Service is subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges as applicable to your subscription plan.

Refund policies are as specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BBNT AUTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any content generated by AI tools within the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
